‍HAVN invoices in Canadian currency. All prices listed, unless otherwise stated, are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and before taxes. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Guarantee & Pre-authorization

A valid credit card must be used to guarantee your reservation. HAVN reserves the right to cancel any reservation made with an invalid credit card.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be requested by email at booking@havnsaunas.com. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Reservations remain refundable to the original method of payment if canceled at least 48 hours before your reservation time.
As we are a floating facility, we are subject to the weather and wave conditions of Victoria’s inner harbour. On occasion, HAVN may need to close the facility on short notice due to weather and wave activity. If we must do this, we will notify you by email as soon as possible and provide a full refund to the original method of payment. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
Punch passes and gift certificates are non-refundable.

HAVN declines all responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, illness, closure or limitation of services, or change of schedule caused by an event of force majeure, such as bad weather, labour strike, natural disaster, or any other event beyond the control of the business. Expenses incurred as a result of any of these reasons will not be covered.

Gift Cards

Havn Saunas gift certificates are only valid for the amount purchased and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed.
Gift certificates may only be redeemed for services at Havn Saunas and cannot be used for gratuities.
Gift certificates do not expire and can be used at any time.
Havn Saunas is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
Gift certificates are not transferable and cannot be resold.
Gift certificates cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.
Gift certificates may only be redeemed once.
Havn Saunas reserves the right to refuse to accept any gift certificates that appear to be tampered with or fraudulent.
Gift certificates may not be used to purchase other gift certificates.
Havn Saunas is not responsible for any unauthorized use of gift certificates.
Gift certificates are void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Havn Saunas reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
By purchasing and using a Havn Saunas gift certificate, you agree to these terms and conditions.

What is hydrotherapy/water circuits?

Hydrotherapy is the use of water as a treatment method for your body. Water circuits involve entering hot and cold experiences, resting, and then repeating the process. The hot aspect of the experience is offered through the use of saunas. Next, if you are brave enough, you will enter a cold plunge pool or cold shower to immerse your body in extremely cold temperatures. After the extreme hot and cold experiences you will take time to relax during a resting period in a calming space to allow your body to return to its normal temperature. You can then repeat the process a few more times at your leisure, over the course of the next few hours, to achieve the ideal benefits.

Confidentiality

HAVN is concerned about the privacy of its guests and undertakes to respect it. This policy has been formulated to inform all of our guests of our firm commitment to this effect. No personal information is collected or disclosed unless the prior consent of the user has been obtained voluntarily by writing directly to an email address mentioned on our site, participating in a promotion, registering for a service, creating a profile, or in any other similar way. Conformity

In order to safely provide guests with the requested services, HAVN reserves the right to ask its guests to provide personal information or supporting documents if necessary.

Electronic Tickets and Resale

Illegal resale of any ticket of admission is strictly prohibited and can result in the cancellation of the purchase without refund or compensation. Admission tickets are not transferable nor exchangeable for money and are only valid for the date and time selected during the booking process.

Promotional Use Prohibited

Without prior written authorization from HAVN, admission tickets cannot be sold or used for advertising and/or promotional purposes (including contests and lotteries).

Electronic Tickets and Resale

Eligiblity

All guests must be at least 19 years of age to access the facility. Due to the restrictions inherent with being a floating facility, unfortunately the site is not well adapted for people with reduced mobility. The thermal experience is not recommended for people with heart problems, hypertension, breathing problems, angina, or diabetes.

It is strictly forbidden to bring in outside food or alcohol.

For our guests’ well-being, smoking and vaping are prohibited on site. This includes tobacco and the consumption of any derivative of cannabis.

HAVN reserves the right to inspect the bags and/or lockers of its visitors in the presence of the guest in the event that there is reason to believe that they contain items against regulations.

Refusal of Access and Explusion

HAVN reserves the right to refuse access or expel a guest whom it considers acting against its code of ethics, values, or behavioral etiquette. Exchanges on our site, as well as our social media platforms, must be carried out in a respectful, harmonious, and courteous manner. Guests can express disagreement with an idea while respecting employees and other guests. Insulting, threatening, or harassing another guest or employee is prohibited. In addition, defamatory, indecent, hateful, racist, xenophobic, homophobic, sexist, vulgar, or discourteous statements or any other violent act will not be tolerated.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms of use and our cancellation policy at any time. The last revision of these conditions is displayed at the bottom of this page.
