What type of saunas are onboard?
There are 3 saunas onboard HAVN varying in temperature and city to ocean views. Two have optional water to be added to the rocks, and one is dry. Choose the sauna with the temperature that feels best for you and your body.
You must be at least 19 years of age to access the site. Identification may be required during check-in.
Reservations are highly recommended because we cannot guarantee spots will be available for walk-ins. Our online bookings are available on our website.
Waitlist / cancellation list
To join our waitlist, add yourself to a time slot on our booking page. You will be automatically charged if your booking is moved from the waitlist. You can remove yourself from the waitlist by clicking the Manage Your Order button in your confirmation email up to 24 hours before the booking. After that, you will remain on the waitlist, and if a spot becomes available, you will automatically be added to the booking and charged up to 30 minutes before the booking start time.
Single Entry Passes and Punch Codes purchased before July 8, 2026 have been converted to gift cards and can be redeemed by selecting Apply a Gift Card during checkout.
Digital Gift cards can be purchased online, or Physical Gift Cards can be purchased on site for any denomination.
How is the facility cleaned?
HAVN is cleaned every day by an additional third party, with additional maintenance throughout the day.
The facilities can still be used during the rain and other weather conditions. Rain can add to the experience of the water circuit and the outdoor urban spa. If guests wish to avoid certain weather conditions, there are several covered spaces to relax in, as well as all the saunas are fully enclosed.
HAVN is located at 920 Wharf Street at Ship Point. There is public pay parking available at Ship Point. The boat is next to the Harbour Air Seaplanes. You can enter the parking lot off Wharf street just past Broughton Street. The entrance to the ship is from a ramp off Ship Point, down to the boat’s dock.
Reservations can be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours before the booking time for a full refund. To cancel your booking, open your confirmation email and select Modify Your Booking. Amenities: 3 saunas, 2 cold pools, 2 hot mineral tubs, an exfoliation shower with HAVN’s signature salt scrub, lushly planted outdoor lounge space, an indoor lounge with light food & beverage service, a library, a retail boutique.
Herbal tea, water fountain and reusable cups to stay hydrated.
A plush robe and towels.
Premium Organic HAVN Skincare products including body wash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion.
A Glo Room with blow dryers.
Gender inclusive changeroom with secure lockers.
Bathing suit, sunglasses, hat, clean sandals, non-glass reusable water bottle.
Please do not wear prescription or treated glasses into the saunas as it may affect them.
Please note we are an outside scent-free and glass-free facility.
Hydrotherapy is the use of water as a treatment method for your body. Water circuits involve entering hot and cold experiences, resting, and then repeating the process.
We offer a free-flow, leisure circuit at HAVN.
This is a spa made for socialization and connection but please be respectful of those around you.
Phones are not allowed inside the facility and must be kept in your locker. Phone calls can be made at the Front Desk only.
We invite you to unwind in our relaxation lounge during your visit—no purchase required.
