-
Hydrotherapy is the use of water as a treatment method for your body. Water circuits involve entering hot and cold experiences, resting, and then repeating the process. The hot aspect of the experience is offered through the use of saunas. Next, if you are brave enough, you will enter a cold plunge pool or cold shower to immerse your body in extremely cold temperatures. After the extreme hot and cold experiences you will take time to relax during a resting period in a calming space to allow your body to return to its normal temperature. You can then repeat the process a few more times at your leisure, over the course of the next few hours, to achieve the ideal benefits.
-
We do not keep a waitlist or cancellation list. The best option is to keep checking our availability on our website as we do receive cancellations, and those spaces will become open online.
